For over 36 years I have taught group fitness, worked as a weight loss consultant, personal trainer and for the past 6 years have been a regular guest on Katu Afternoon Live as a Fitness and Wellness Expert.

 

My years of experience, education, coaching clients and learning from my own challenges have given me the tools to successfully help others achieve their wellness goals and lifestyle changes.
